Q: Hi we are living in Egypt/Cairo here water has too much access of coloren salt and metal which cause fluent hair fall itchy damage dry skin need to know about your product is it will work well here or not and you have any guarantee regarding your product? A: Our shower filters specialize in chlorine & chloramine removal. Some even reduce VOC’s & a small amount of heavy metals. They do not adrress salt though.

Q: How do I replace the filter? From the bottom or does is come apart in the middle? I have had mine for a year or more but haven’t replaced the filter for awhile and I think its stuck? Please advise.

A: You unscrew the housing in two halfs. Pay close attention to how the cartridge is placed. The indented side goes towards the half that the shower pipe connects to and the flat side goes towards the spray head side where the water comes out.

Q: Can magnets be added to decluster water, and how do the magnets work on the shower head if the water takes 5 min to decluster?

A: The Aquatomic Water Magnets are really intended for drinking vessels however when the water is flowing, the declustering process happens instantly and when it is still it takes 5 minutes.
